Catering By Luna is a Cornell Contract Caterer with insurance on file to make your experience seamless.
Clients purchasing using a P-card or bill through Procurement will receive a discount on each invoice.

What services do you provide to Cornell clients?
We are able to provide all of our available catering services on campus including 
drop off, casual, full service, food truck & bar services.

How far in advance do I need to book bar services for my event?
A contract will need to be agreed upon and signed least 15 days before your event.  
This allows for legal documents to be submitted for your event.

Want to place your order online but need it to be tax exempt?
Our new catering online ordering software provides many great
features for clients including tax exempt status, when requested.
​Please email us your tax exempt form so we may set up your account for you!

What if I already placed my order and my invoice has tax?
No big deal! We can adjust your account to make sure that your
tax is refunded and applicable discount is applied and set your
account up to bill properly from then on.  

Will the discount show up on my invoice?
Yes! When we set up your tax exempt account we will permanently apply a 
​standing discount to all your future online orders. 

If you're planning in advance or have a larger gathering, please fill out a contact form
